Here is a great tea to have when you feel a cold coming on:

  • One thick slice of ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 lemon or 1/2 lemon juice
  • one cup of hot water.

You can juice the ginger and lemon and add them to the water of grind the ginger and squeeze the juice from a lemon and add them to the hot water.
