Common Cold Tea

Here is a great herbal tea to have when you feel a cold coming on. It will help to alleviate your scratchy throat and make you feel warm. Staying hydrated during a cold is important to help the body recover.

One thick slice of ginger

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 lemon or 1/2 lemon juice

One cup of hot water.

You can juice the ginger and lemon and add them to the water or grind the ginger and squeeze the juice from a lemon and add them to the hot water.
