INGREDIENTS:
- Handful of almonds
- 500ml distilled/ filtered water
HOW TO:
- Take a handful of almonds and 500ml of distilled water and grind them up in a blender.
- Then run the mixture through a sieve and you will be left with a glass of nutty almond milk.
- It will keep in the fridge for one week.
