Almond milk is full of minerals and healthy fats.

It’s easy to make at home.

It’s an alternative to dairy for children who struggle with lactose, but not a good idea for those who have nut allergies.

Almond milk makes a great-tasting breakfast smoothie.

Remember when baking.

Make it fresh, and enjoy a glass.

  1. Handful of almonds
  2. 500ml distilled/ filtered water

  • Take a handful of almonds and 500ml of distilled water and grind them up in a blender.
  • Then run the mixture through a sieve and you will be left with a glass of nutty almond milk.
  • It will keep in the fridge for one week.
