- 250g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp ground almonds and mixed seeds
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1/4 tsp cocoa or cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Collagen
- 1 tsp Plant Protein
How to:
- Soak one cup of rolled oats.
- Add 2 tbsp of ground almonds & mixed seeds.
- Include 2 tbsp of desiccated coconut.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
