Whole or ground linseeds can be used in baking bread, muffins or biscuits.
They are also tasty sprinkled over salads, cooked vegetables or muesli.
Suggestion: Soak in water overnight to soften the seeds or find them and keep them in the fridge to get the maximum nutritional value out of them.
