I’m a Nutrition Consultant (MSc.) who is passionate about providing nutritional information and helping people in making better food choices for a healthier life.

A healthy diet consists of whole foods providing our bodies with a variety of nutrients and energy to keep us healthy and strong.

I like to keep things simple and sustainable so that it’s easy to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Knowing what to do is only half the trick, actually doing it, is the part that counts.

My consultations combine education and coaching so that my clients can put their knowledge into practice.

When I am not working, I really look forward to long walks in nature, enjoying meals with family and friends, gardening, cooking, and praying.
